Yes — we schedule around opening times, including early or quieter slots, to keep disruption to customers and staff to a minimum.
Commercial & contract work
A clean, welcoming frontage brings customers in. We keep shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants across Chester, the Wirral and Cheshire looking their best — pressure washing forecourts and pavements, removing graffiti and grime, clearing gutters and maintaining outside areas — scheduled to keep disruption to trading hours to a minimum.

Clean paving, windows-surrounds, signage areas and outside spaces that pull customers in.
Prompt graffiti removal and exterior cleaning so a tagged or grimy frontage doesn't cost you trade.
Work scheduled around opening hours, including early or quieter slots where needed.
Chewing gum, spills, algae and grime cleaned from paving and forecourts so the approach matches the frontage.
For a shop, cafe, pub or restaurant the priorities are the few square metres customers stand on and look at: the pavement and forecourt cleaned from £125 to lift chewing gum, spills, grime and algae; the frontage, signage surrounds, canopies, soffits and fascias cleaned from £125 with a pure-water pole; graffiti removed from £125 for a small tag, from £195 on a boundary wall and from £295 for a larger commercial area; and beer gardens, smoking areas and planters kept tidy from £125 a visit. Gutters cleared from £75 stop water pouring off the roofline onto your entrance. The price depends on the size of the frontage, how heavy the soiling is, the surface type and whether the work has to happen before you open.
We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00, and early-morning or quieter-period visits can be arranged for trading premises so pressure washing is finished before customers arrive. On a busy street we cone off the working area, keep hoses tidy and rinse down so the pavement is not left wet and slippery when you open. We need to know where the nearest water point is, where the van can stop to unload, and whether the pavement outside is yours or the council's, because that affects what we can treat and when. For licensed premises with a beer garden, a regular visit before the weekend keeps it usable through the season. Before and after photos come to you by WhatsApp or email on completion, with the invoice.
Some premises book us once a year before a busy season or after a refit; others want a monthly frontage clean and gutter check so it never gets bad enough to notice. We are happy with either, and there is no contract for ad hoc work; a regular slot is agreed in writing with a fixed scope and price. We can provide a method statement and our insurance certificate on request, which some landlords and shopping-centre managers ask for before work on a leased frontage. We cover Chester city centre and its suburbs, Ellesmere Port, the Wirral including Heswall, Neston, Birkenhead and Wallasey, Deeside, Mold and Wrexham, Frodsham, Northwich, Tarporley and Warrington, all within roughly a 45-minute drive of Chester.
Share the frontage, outside areas and your trading hours so we plan around them.
One-off refresh or recurring upkeep — pressure washing, cleaning, graffiti removal and grounds.
Regular visits keep the exterior consistently customer-ready, with photos on completion.

Small graffiti removal and small surface cleans start from £125, and a gutter clear from £75. If a job is smaller than that we will say so and suggest combining it with something else rather than sending an unnecessary call-out.
