Typical work on an office or business unit
Most requests are about the parts a visitor sees first: the entrance and paths pressure washed from £125, the car park kept free of weeds from £50, the frontage, signage surrounds, soffits and fascias cleaned from £125 with a pure-water pole, and render cleaned from £195. Behind that sits the routine work that stops problems: gutters cleared from £75 before winter, grass, hedges and planting maintained from £125 a visit for a small site, leaves cleared in autumn from £95 and a monthly grounds plan from £295. The price depends on the size of the frontage and car park, how heavily soiled the surfaces are, whether water is available on site and how much of the work has to happen outside normal hours.
Timing visits around your business
We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00, and early-morning or quieter-period visits can be arranged for trading premises so pressure washing is not happening while clients arrive. We ask for a named contact, somewhere to park the van, whether an outside tap or water point is available, and any areas that are off limits. Car park cleaning works best when bays can be coned off in sections, so agreeing which bays are clear and when is worth doing in advance. For managed offices we can liaise with the building manager directly. Recurring visits go into a simple schedule you can see, and anything reactive, such as a blocked downpipe or a leaning fence, is booked with a message and a photo.
What you receive and where we work
Every job closes with before and after photos and a short note, which is useful for head office, a landlord or the facilities budget holder who was not there to see it. Invoices are per site and can be monthly for scheduled work. We are fully insured for commercial work, and we can provide a method statement and our insurance certificate on request. We cover offices, business parks, industrial units and workshops across Chester and roughly a 45-minute radius, including Ellesmere Port and Deeside, the Wirral, Wrexham, Frodsham, Runcorn, Northwich, Warrington and Crewe. If your premises are a shared building, we are happy to quote for the whole frontage so the finish is consistent along it.
