Can you handle both planned and reactive work?
Yes — scheduled exterior maintenance plus reactive call-outs are exactly how we work with facilities teams.
Commercial & contract work
Facilities managers need a contractor who turns up, does the work properly and keeps them informed. We provide planned and reactive exterior maintenance across Chester and Cheshire — grounds, gutters, roofs, cleaning and repairs — as a single, dependable point of contact, with clear reporting that's easy to pass up the chain.

Scheduled maintenance to keep sites in order, plus quick response when issues arise.
One dependable contractor for most exterior trades, simplifying your supply chain.
Photos and notes on completion that are easy to pass to owners or head office.
The person who quotes is the person on site, so scope, standards and communication do not get lost between an estimator and a crew.
Facilities teams usually bring us in for the exterior work that sits between trades: grounds maintenance from £125 a site visit or £295 a month, gutter clearance from £75 with downpipe checks, roof repairs such as slipped tiles and small leaks from £95, pressure washing of entrances, paths and car parks from £125, render, cladding, soffit and fascia cleaning from £125, graffiti removal from £125, and handyman repairs from £75 for fencing, gates, sealing and minor fixes. We are a small, owner-run contractor, which means the person who quotes is the person on site, and the work suits small and medium-sized sites best. The price is driven by site size, access, working-hours restrictions, whether water is available and how much waste leaves with us.
At the start we walk the site or review photos with you and split the work into two lists: planned visits with a fixed scope and frequency, and reactive jobs you raise by email or WhatsApp with a photo. For planned work we agree the schedule in writing, including which months gutters, leaf clearance and hedge work fall in. For reactive work we confirm scope and a date before starting rather than promising a fixed turnaround, so you always know where a job stands. We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00, and early-morning or quieter-period visits can be arranged for trading premises. We can provide a method statement and our insurance certificate on request, follow your permit-to-work and sign-in procedures, and tell you plainly when something we find is outside our scope.
Each completed job comes back with before and after photos, a note of what was done and anything that needs a decision, such as a cracked gutter joint or moss building on a roof slope, with a from-price so you can raise a purchase order without a second visit. Invoices are per site, reference your PO or job number where you use them, and can be consolidated monthly for planned work. We cover Chester and roughly a 45-minute radius: Ellesmere Port, the Wirral, Deeside, Mold and the North Wales border, Wrexham, Frodsham, Runcorn, Northwich, Tarporley, Warrington and Crewe. If you manage sites beyond that, tell us and we will be straight about whether the travel makes sense for the job.
We review what's planned vs reactive and agree response expectations.
Scheduled visits plus call-outs, completed tidily and on time.
Documented completion with photos and clean invoicing.
