Tidy gardens and clean exteriors that photograph well and keep your reviews high.
We schedule around guest stays so the property is ready between bookings, not mid-stay.
Gardens, gutters, cleaning and small repairs handled by a single fully-insured team.
Slippery paths, overflowing gutters and tired seating areas flagged with a photo before a guest mentions them in a review.
Guests judge the property from the moment they park, so the work is about what they see and what they use: lawns cut and edged from £50, hedges trimmed from £195, patios and outdoor seating areas cleaned from £125 so the furniture is not sitting on green slabs, driveways and paths cleaned from £125, and gutters cleared from £75 so nothing drips over the door on a wet arrival. Handyman visits from £75 cover the small things guests report: a gate that will not latch, a loose fence panel, a wobbly outdoor step, a failed external light or sealing around a door. In autumn, leaf clearance from £95 keeps steps and decking safe. What changes the price is garden size, how overgrown things are, waste removal and access.
Send us your booking calendar or changeover days and we plan visits for the gaps between stays, usually alongside the housekeeping team's changeover window. Where a property is booked back to back, we can work while guests are out for the day if you and they are happy with that, and we keep noise to sensible hours. Tell us about key safes, gate codes, parking and where we can leave waste for collection if we are not taking it away. We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00. For hosts who manage remotely, we liaise with your housekeeper or co-host directly and keep you copied in, so a message from a guest about the garden can be dealt with without you travelling to the property.
After every visit you get before and after photos, which double as fresh images for your listing when the garden is looking its best in spring and summer. We note anything that could show up in a review, such as a broken fence board, a slippery path or a gutter that has started to overflow, with a from-price so you can decide quickly. Invoices are per property, which helps if you run several lets under different names, and we can provide a method statement and our insurance certificate on request if your managing agent asks for them. We cover Chester city centre and the villages around it, the Wirral coast including Neston and Heswall, Deeside and the North Wales border, Wrexham, Tarporley, Frodsham and Northwich, all within roughly a 45-minute radius of Chester.
Tell us the location, access and your changeover pattern so we can fit visits in.
Recurring upkeep plus quick fixes so the outside always looks cared for.
Before/after photos after each visit, ideal for updating listings.
