What needed doing

The customer had built up a list of small jobs around the house that never quite got done, from a wobbly shelf to a door that had started catching on its frame. Rather than call out separate trades for each one, they wanted a single visit to work through the lot properly. They were happy to be told honestly if anything needed more than a quick fix.
