What needed doing

Overnight, someone had sprayed tags across the front boundary wall facing the pavement. The customer wanted it dealt with quickly, both because it looked unpleasant and because fresh graffiti tends to attract more if it is left. They asked for a clean job and a straight answer on whether the brick would come up as good as new.

The wall was cleared and looked far better from the street, with only slight shadowing left in the most porous brick, which the customer had been warned about beforehand. Because it was dealt with promptly, the wall was far less likely to be tagged again.
