What needed doing

The customer had a paved patio and path that had gone dark and green over a couple of wet seasons, with some black spotting and an old oil mark near the back door. They wanted the area cleaned properly and a straightforward view on whether the worst stains would actually come out or just fade.

The patio looked much cleaner and safer underfoot, and the customer understood which marks had lightened rather than vanished, plus the option of sealing to keep it looking better for longer.
