What needed doing
The garden had been left to grow for a couple of seasons and the customer no longer felt able to keep on top of it. Grass, brambles and general overgrowth had taken over, and there was a build-up of old prunings and rubbish across the space. They wanted it cut back and cleared properly, with everything removed, so the garden was usable again rather than something to keep putting off.
The garden was left tidy, open and ready for the customer to use or maintain again, with nothing left behind to deal with. They were given a straightforward idea of how to keep on top of it going forward.
