Loft boarding · from £495
November and January are when most people look at their loft: the decorations come down, the cupboards are full and there is nowhere to put anything. We board a safe storage area, raised where needed so the insulation is not crushed, and can fit a loft ladder so it is easy to use.

Common questions
How much does loft boarding cost?
From £495. Your exact price depends on the area boarded, the insulation and any ladder, and we confirm it from photos or a visit before anything is booked.
Will boarding squash my insulation?
Not if it is raised. Where the insulation is deep, the boards sit on raised supports so it keeps working.
Can you board the whole loft?
Often only part of a loft can be boarded safely, depending on the roof structure. We confirm what is practical after photos or a visit.
Can you fit a loft ladder too?
Yes. Add it to the quote and we fit it on the same visit.
