Fallen leaves had built up across the lawn, borders and paths through autumn, and a few had started collecting in the gutters. The customer wanted the garden brought back under control before winter and a straightforward view on whether it was worth setting up a repeating seasonal visit rather than letting it pile up again.

The garden was left tidy and walkable going into the colder months, and the gutters could drain properly again. The customer chose to pencil in a spring preparation visit so it did not build up to the same point next year.
